A full exterior repaint is one of the highest-impact things you can do for a home. Not just visually - it actually protects the siding, stucco, trim, and concrete surfaces from moisture, UV damage, and general wear. On a home like this one, with two full stories, an open upper deck, vertical siding, and a stucco perimeter wall, there's a lot of surface area to cover and a lot of details to get right.

The color palette here is clean and intentional - bright white on the siding, walls, and structural elements, with a deep charcoal on the upper soffits and ceiling of the covered deck. That contrast is what gives the home its sharp, modern look. Getting those lines crisp where the white meets the dark takes patience and proper masking. That's not the kind of thing you rush.

Prep is where most of the real work happens. Before any paint goes on, surfaces need to be clean, dry, and free of peeling or chalking material. That's where pressure washing plays a big role - it strips away the built-up grime, oxidation, and residue that would otherwise cause new paint to fail early. A clean surface means better adhesion and a finish that actually lasts.

What we ended up with is a home that looks sharp from every angle. The white is consistent across the vertical board siding, the second-story fascia, and the front perimeter wall. Nothing looks patchy or uneven. That kind of uniformity only happens when the prep work is solid and the application is done with care - not cut corners.
